Bishop Rubin Phillip (Visitor)
Anglican Bishop of Natal and visitor to the School. Bishop Phillip is married to Rosemary, a school teacher. They have one son, Lance. Their other son, Byron died tragically early in 2009 . They also have two grandchildren: Megan and Richard

Mr Graham Evans (Chairman)
Graham is married to Kerry and they have three children – Georgie and Katie who are students at Stellenbosch University and Murray who is a Cordies old boy, at Hilton College. He is involved in the agriculture sector and enjoys the bushveld, paddling , flyfishing, the occasional game of golf  and watching rugby.

Mr Garry Campbell (Vice-Chairman)
Garry is married to Trish. They have two children: Kimberly who is at UCT and Jonty, a Cordies Old Boy who is also at UCT. Garry is an attorney and a Director of Stowell & Co.

The Revd. Dr Ron Nicolson
Ron is married to Gail.  He has five grown up children and nine grandchildren.  He is a retired professor of Religious Studies and an ordained Anglican priest.  He acts as chaplain to Cordwalles.  He continues in a part-time church ministry and writes an occasional newspaper column.

Mr Pierre Bekker
Pierre is a Cordies old boy and is married to Mandy-Leigh and they have three children – Liam and Oliver are in grade two at Crodwalles and Georgia is in grade R at The Wykeham Collegiate. Pierre is the CEO of Safire Insurance Company Limited.

Dr Zola Duma-Songca
Zola has served on the board since 2004. She is married to Pat and they have two boys; Anele and Olwethu (Cordwalles Old Boys) who are at Michaelhouse. Zola is a practicing medical doctor in private practice with an HIV specialty and serves part time at the Edendale Hospital HIV clinic. She enjoys interior decorating, reading, eating out and traveling.
  
Mr Doc Louw
Doc is married to Cindy and is the father of three Cordwalles Old Boys. He is currently practicing as an attorney at Geyser, Du Toit & Louw. He is the vice-president of KZN Rugby Union and Director of Natal Sharks (Pty) Ltd. He serves as a non-executive director of Belgotex Floor Coverings (Pty) Ltd.

Mr Mike Kruger
Mike is Chairman of the Property and Maintenance Committee and is married to Jackie. They have two children Julian and Grant. Grant is currently in Grade 6 at Cordwalles and Jackie teaches music at Cordwalles. Mike is the owner of Top Crop Nursery and a director of Extreme Turf Systems (Pty) Ltd. He is a past chairman and is currently a committee member of the Seedling Growers Association of South Africa.

Ms Nobuhle Kuzwayo
Nobuhle has been a Board member for 4 years and represents Rt Revd. Rubin Phillip. She is Deputy Chief Education specialist at Umgungundlovu District. She has two boys.

Dr Gugu Ngubane
Gugu Ngubane has been a member of the board since 2010 and is a mother of a Grade 4 Cordwalles boy, Mpho. She is a public health specialist and medical doctor who works as a consultant for the National Department of Health. Gugu’s special interests are Maternal and Child health issues related to HIV and AIDS. In her free time she loves music, dancing and political debates.

Mrs Gill Platt
Gill has served on the board since 2003 and serves on the Marketing committee. She served on the Parents' Association and has been a Class Mother. Gill is the mother of two Cordwalles Old Boys: Nick, who is a on a Gap year in the UK, stooging at a school near London; and Alex, who is in matric at Hilton College. She is married to Justin and works with him in his business.
  
Mr Guy Pearson
Guy is an ex-officio member of the Cordwalles Board in his position as Rector of Michaelhouse. He has been on the Board since 2002 and has acted in an advisory capacity. He is married to Maree and they have two children: Megan & Justin.

Mr Duncan Taylor
Duncan serves on the Finance Committee as its current chairman.  Duncan is a chartered accountant and a partner/owner in private practice, with an interest, and speciality in agricultural tax. He is married to Nicola and they have two children - a son, Ryan at Cordwalles and a daughter Rachel who attends The Wykeham Collegiate.

Mrs Flick Wright
Flick's role on the Board is to champion the cause of Education. As there are currently approximately 60 families with daughters at The Wykeham Collegiate and sons or nephews at Cordwalles, Flick believes it is important to maintain and strengthen links and associations between the two schools. Flick is a widow and has a daughter.

Mr Rick MCCarthy (Chairman - Parents' Association)
Rick is the current Chairman of the PA. He has served on the board since December 2010. Rick and his wife Debbie have three children; two boys at Cordwalles, Matthew in grade 5 and Rory in grade 1 and one daughter, Ella,  at Jacaranda Pre-Primary. Rick is the Managing Director of Training Leadership Consulting, a Management Training and Consulting Company specializing in Business Improvement/Lean Six Sigma. He is also the Founder and MD of Solé Salons and Spas.

Mr Kevin Holton (Vice Chairman - Parents' Association)
Kevin is married to Karen and is the Vice-chairman of the PA. They have two children, Kyle and Nicholas. Kyle is currently at Cordwalles in Grade 4 and Nicholas is at Sunnylea. Kevin owns the lawn mower shop in Howick and buys and sell heavy construction equipment.
